The Bubble is published by Belfair Members for Prudent Management, a good governance club within the Belfair community in Bluffton, S.C.
Belfair MPM is focused on encouraging transparency, efficiency, responsiveness, and conservative financial planning in governance. We believe that the sole mission of Belfair governance is to serve the members, both short term and long term. We want Belfair residents to get their money's worth and feel secure about their investment in the community.
We favor consistency and continuity for the long term and try to discourage adventurism in management.
